[BUG] Containerd sometimes fails to pull image

@iwilltry42 I meet the same issue, but randomly. It was not a slow network issue because if I shutdown the cluster, the bandwidth in near to 1GBs .

@vincent-herlemont , but you seem to see real failures there and not slow connections, right? thinking One of the messages even looks like it couldn't even resolve the name of your external registry?
