release 1.3.2 (at least as beta update on F-Droid)

It has been 10 months since the last unpublished change has been committed (see https://github.com/k3b/ContentProviderHelper/compare/v1.3.1.1...FDroid), a newer release would be nice:

• #6 seems to have been fixed by https://github.com/k3b/ContentProviderHelper/commit/cfe223da2c5690df2578713537ff657596544f61 (even if there is a good.enough-for-me workaround using the clipboard)
• ~~the new query parameter~~ on closer inspection "only" a performance optimization, in https://github.com/k3b/ContentProviderHelper/commit/1449ca38224ad6c0bab8c26ff4311bf8628010cd: looks interesting, I'd like to test that
• it would be a welcomed sign this project is still maintained
