Here is the A Photo Manager Translation Project.
Currently we have japanese, french, english and german plus settings that allow the app to change language at runtime which will be available in next release 0.4.4

Note: if you are working with https://utopian.io/ they have recently changed their rules for translators:
Translations Rules ... CrowdIn contributions can be submitted only by translator with Proofreading permissions in the project, for the given language.

I am still working on backup/zip support ( #108 ) which will add some new vokabulary.
After the 0.8 release the 100% complete rate will drop.
My current new zip vocabulary is already available in https://crowdin.com/project/androFotoFinder but it is not complete yet.
