AO10+: Backup/Restore lat/long/tags/rating

When (re)loading local database from android-media-contentprovider first backup values for gps (lat/lon), tags, ratings and then restore them so these values do not get lost anymore.

Since android-10 gps info is not supported any more in android-system-media-database. Since #155 apm-s own local media database is a workaround for this
