TagSupport: Export to Backup-Zip and merge-import them on an other device

As a photo amateur who has photos on different android devices I want to optionally add the Tag-Hirachy-Definitions to the Zipped-Backup (#108) and merge these definitions with the Tag-Hirachy-Definitions on other android devieces so that I can update the structure on one android device and get it on an other.
