it's very useful if we get notified via slack when AWS events occur such as AutoScaling event, CloudFormation event, ECS instance state change, etc

Since logging in process is completely automated, there's no reason to use the default 22

Currently if service CF stack failed to update barcelonca just says it finished. the failure should be detected

travis doesn't natively support multi language environment so we need to setup custom environment using `sudo: true` and `apt-get`
