[FR] Scroll to Bottom for Issues

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I've been following a number of very, very long issues, such as golang/go#15292, and scrolling to the bottom manually is a royal pain in the app.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add something, maybe a fab at the bottom-right of the screen or an item in the menu at the top, that just scrolls all the way to the bottom of the issue, loading everything necessary to get there.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Using the GitHub's questionably designed mobile site.
