FastHub v5

This is the rewritten of FastHub with its new codebase and design.

This will be merged once v5 is completed and ready to be shipped.

so many cool stuff are coming that i'm excited for.

Roadmap:

• Entirely new Markdown renderer based on Markwon
• Login with: Access token, OAuth, 2fa
• Feeds
• Profile
• Trending
• Organization (only listing)
• Trending (cloud based html tags to avoid updating app everytime github break that)
• Notification (read/unread) with swipe functionality & read all
• Issues & PRs with filter functionality
• Search with an amazing filters.
• Issue screen
• Issue editing description & comments
• Mention someone from edit screen or comment edit text by using @ the app will query graphql for possible candidate
• Pull Request (missing review action and merge)

WIP:

• Repository
• Edit profile
• premium features
• premium features by enabling ads.
• Enterprise will be extracted to a separate app
• Settings
• About & all the other small stuff
• ALOOT MORE COOL STUFF

It appears that FastHub will be discontinued. I won't blame him if that happens though, given the events that happened in his life and now that the official GitHub app was released and slowly catching app in features, it's easy to lose motivation.

Hi guys, I'm suffering of Slip disc since awhile and im trying to recover without having to undergo a surgery. Please be patient, I never lost hopes for fasthub, you have to understand sometimes life isn't so easy on some of us.
