Unable to downgrade SMT - Failure [-3005: INSTALL_FAILED_ADP_VERSION_LOCKED]

Exe or script I am unable to successfully install the vulnerable apk. Failure [-3005: INSTALL_FAILED_ADP_VERSION_LOCKED] Shows up in both places. Even tried installing via Termux-Shizuku, same error. Please help.
