df1 exe: Convert logs to HTML

It probably makes sense to export the HTML rendering support from the df1 library as well.

Also, let's make the HTML interactive. For example, allowing a particular log line to be expanded as multiple lines, and maybe even allowing querying from the same HTML (see #24).
