This is because one of the presets uses [`crossing/markings.json`](https://github.com/openstreetmap/id-tagging-schema/blob/main/data/fields/crossing/markings.json) while the other uses [`crossing/markings_yes.json`](https://github.com/openstreetmap/id-tagging-schema/blob/main/data/fields/crossing/markings_yes.json), so iD thinks that they're different fields even though they look identical.
