Lec-09-slides typo

Sorry I don't have perms to make a PR for some reason, but in lecture 9 slide 40 there is cloud computing, each task is independent and **can** tasks can spread themselves over different nodes but that is a typo, the first can should be removed

Sorry, found another one lec 18 slide 6 the Rust compiler reduced its running times **by** from 20% to 40% on the tested benchmarks.

Hmm that's not quite wrong, though it's not the most clear. Could say by 20% to 40% but I'm not sure that's actually accurate.

Oh sorry, that's my bad. I misinterpreted it as saying from 20-40% but now this makes sense 👍
