Add support for specifying DPI tolerance parameter
Would it be possible to extend SJARACNe to allow users to modify the DPI tolerance parameter used during network construction? It is currently hard-coded in param.cpp.
This corresponds to the -e parameter in the original version of ARACNe.
Actually, upon closer inspection, I see that the default value used by SJARACNe is the same one I wanted to set it to ("0"), so this is not urgent.
Feel free to close the issue, or leave it open if it is something you would care to add anyway.
In the current version, it's default seems to be 1. Would be important for users to specify 0. Thanks.
Has there been any update on this ? Since the ARACNe/VIPER pipeline has been established with DPI set to 0 (see PMID 27322546) and generally serves as a benchmark for further analyses of the sort, SJARACNe without adjustable DPI is sort of pointless...
