How to switch to colemak?

The README says one just needs to (require 'boon-colemak) but still nothing seems to happen, and all the QWERTY binds are unchanged. I tried evaluating that before and after calling (boon-mode) and none of the maps seem to be updated for colemak whatsoever.

For example, K and L are still bound to backward-char and forward-char respectively, even though boon-colemak.el should have rebound those.
