First part, Let me confirm to make sure. Do you mean translating the numbers into other languages? Or maybe just the syntax and colors?

The other part, I'll consider to split them even if they are usually using the same term. (e.g. "Go to XXX UI" button and "XXX UI" title)

If you're asking whether it's being implemented right at this moment, then no - it's not. I just confirmed it's technically feasible. Implementation hasn't started yet, but it's something I'm keeping in mind.
