I was downloading a different dataset from a university and the bandwidth was not as high as GitHub CDN. Which made me think of how Linux distros will release torrents...

I think only apostrophe U+0027, prime U+2032, and right single quotation mark U+2019 should be accepted. Prime is technically the correct one. In particular I do not like grave accent...
