Better keyboard shortcuts
Describe the feature
The markdown editor already has keyboard shortcuts, but everything else could use some.
- Backing out of things (Escape? Backspace? Dedicated Back navigation key?)
- Refreshing (ctrl-r or F5)
- Quitting (ctrl-q)
- Dedicated shortcut for each feed action (and display shortcut on hover)
In addition to adding these shortcuts, we should add a section in the settings to allow customization of the shortcuts, so that users can change the combos in case they interfere with anything else they have on their system.

Under my browser alt + left arrow and alt + right arrow key allow me to go back and forward in history. Just my 2c.
I also have a mouse with back & forward buttons that match this behavior.
Ow in applications (think FileZilla and alike) the Backspace key is used for going back again. But now I think about it, this might not be the best key for apps like Interstellar where people also type a lot 😆

Oh yeah, that's a great point. Probably should not use backspace then :)
