Add "Securing Your Site" documentation

Add the protection information to the Setup Documentation. Specifically:

  • Prevent foreign content from being played on your site:
    • Build using predefined configs
    • Enable URL signing & run an entitlement service
  • Prevent your content from being played on a remote site
    • Enable URL signing
