Ability To Control Player Behavior With Javascript API

Expected Behavior

When rendering showcase on load for each video, having the ability to easily control the rendered player to get more fine grained control over the player via javascript api? Not sure if this is possible.

Actual Behavior

Currently no visible way to do this without custom coding the showcase since "id=player-id" values are dynamically populated...

Unfortunately this is currently not possible without building Showcase manually.
