When wrapped in Cordova Wrapper, iOS App doesn't fire ad request

Expected Behavior

I expect the web version, android, and iOS version to all operate the same, mainly call an add before the video.

Actual Behavior

All versions work correctly when wrapped in a Cordova wrapper to create hybrid native apps, except the iOS version which issues an ad timeout error when no outbound network request is detected.

Steps to reproduce

1. Load generated HTML into the www folder of a Cordova Project and generate builds
2. Test all versions 3.All versions should call a pre-roll ad, but the iOS version will "timeout"
