Hello! 👋

I'm interested in contributing a GitHub Actions workflow like this: https://github.com/Andrew-Chen-Wang/github-wiki-action/blob/master/.github/workflows/update-tags.yml This would make the @v1 tag automagically follow the latest v1.x.x release when a new release is created. This is what the official https://github.com/actions use!

Is this something that you'd be willing to add?
