moving with j/k on the last line of the last cell or the first line of the first cell enters jupyter mode

Looking to see if I am having the same issue. It seems the navigation gets stuck on the last cell of a notebook, and one cannot go back up.

Actually I'd like to have that.

Before I could switch between cells just by pressing j/k when I was at the first of last line of a cell.

But now idk for what reason I cannot do that anymore.

Does anyone know why?

I'm using version v0.10.1
