Meteor won't run

I'm running Windows and installed Meteor yesterday. I've since been trying to get this project to run. But when I run "meteor" or "meteor run" in CMD it doesn't work. Am I missing something?

This is out of the scope of this project. Try the meteor instructions to get it to run. Probably you need to add it to your PATH variable.
