Menu bar icon

first of all, thanks for horndis, it's great!

i have a minor feature request: it'd be nice if it showed a menu bar icon when it's connected, even if only to show that it's working.

Yes, that would be nice... sadly, I think it would require a real daemon running in userspace monitoring.

One day, I intend to get around to writing a 'HoRNDIS Diagnostics' suite, and I'll try to remember this for then...
