Password Attribute options
add a default password (userPassword) to be configurable . Some LDAP Server Implementations use other attribute names.
Active Directory uses userPassword (the value should be in base64 encoded to work)
By default, last I knew, Microsoft Active Directory uses UnicodePwd and has some unusual formatting requirements
