Icon for Custom Tabs is broken image link

When sfdcCommander is running the techDocu Rendering, the Icons of apps remain broken image links.

Apparently there seems to be a problem with the metadata download of documents (attachments). Therefore no image can be displayed. Todo: Check why attachments are not downloaded anymore and how to change it.
