Accept vector as key-name in unbind-key

This PR resolve issue reported at #827. Convert the vector to a string in the same way as bind-key and compare it to the value of personal-keybindings

Since you have already assigned copyrights to the FSF for your contributions to Emacs, there is no problem for anyone else to re-use this work for that purpose. So the above is not necessary. That said, the gesture is appreciated.
