Improve documentation / Get started document?

Hello,

This package seems nice but it's underdocumented about how to get going...

chess-gnuchess.el didn't seem to be loaded, and after eval-buffer'ing it M-x chess still wanted to play with crafty although I didn't have it installed. I found out that C-u M-x chess allows you to specify the engine and then it worked, but a quick start guide would help a lot :)

Absolutely, this has been on my todo list simply forever, but since I don't really use Emacs Chess anymore (not much chess playing lately), I just haven't gotten around to it.

I extended the docstring for `chess' to mention the prefix arg and default engine configuration.
