status bar disapears and becomes static within pages

OMG love what you've done with it almost as good as the download status bar I was used to THANK YOU so much for all the improvements. Since my last post it's like you listened to my every word. Actually you went way beyond that which proves you are listening to your user base. AMAZING

Well here goes again in spite of all that I love about the extension I'm having a couple issues.

#1 I have to scroll to the bottom of any given page to see the bar which is sometime inconvenient. This typically happens on most forums, Tumbler and Word Press sites I visit.

#2 On some pages the bar become static within a page and scrolls with the page and out of view entirely if page is long enough . In an attempt to resolve it by working with other extensions I realized it was happening because I use "Owl - For comfortable reading". When I turn it off the status bar disappears to the bottom of the page again. However I just discovered you added the [<] button so I can hide it when it gets in the way so, Thank You for that. Pinterest is one example where this happens using OWL

If there is anything you can do to help these issues it would be greatly appreciated. If there is anything I can do to help don't hesitate to ask. Thanks Again for all your effort.

For #1 please provide some examples of sites you have the issue on.

I don't know if I can fix #2, however Owl is styling the page doesn't seem to be able to be overwritten. There might be some way to fix it, but I'm not sure.

It is the OWL extension causing my issues if I want to use it I suppose I'll have to live with it thanks for the help.
