Feature request: several improvementes

The extensions is great! I would like to suggest some features that I think would be awesome:

Features

• Allow changing the avatar/image size

• Create a "nickname" field in JSON, so we can have the full person name in "name" and an alias in "nickname"

• Based on previous feature, allow to choose if we'll display only name, only nickname or both

• Allow to choose where to display name/nickname. Inside avatar (as it is right now) or below the avatar

• Make avatar clickable and navigate to person Github when "github" field is supplied

• Allow to specify the work hours per person (add field "workHours" in JSON). If supplied, it overwrites the global config

• Based on previous feature, if "workHours" is supplied for some people, create a special session/column displaying the people working right know (despite it's timezone)
