Cleanup DataHandler hook

after debugging an error in ext:events2 (problem was on my side) I suggest the following changes

  • rename DataHandler to DataHandlerHook to avoid naming suggestion mismatches when searching for DataHandler
  • hardcode table name in :: isValidRecord
