Few fixes

  • Changes the url in .gitmodules. Now cloning from the GitHub Desktop app works
  • Adds _mplleaflet_setup.py and changes a little bit setup.py (inspired by mpld3) so that installing the module with pip from github works
  • Fixes the IFrame warning, adds ipython as dependency
