Selected 320kbps Audio quality but the files are 128 kbps

I selected MP3 320kbps on Audio quality but the files are all 128 kbps. I have a premium acount.

Same problem here. Mine recorded tracks are variable 150kbps when 320kbps is selected. I have premium account, there shouldn't be a problem.
