[Request] Delay before playback starts option

I have used Play It Slowly for music practice for many years now, it's a very nice simple tool, thank you. One suggestion I have that would be very helpful is a "delay before playback" option or maybe slider. A bit like a count in timer I suppose. Something to provide a selectable delay from pressing play to the track starting.

I often find myself getting ready to practice a song from the start, tapping the spacebar and rushing to get the placement on fretboard for the first bar, when the song starts instantly. If you are practising a section in the middle of track it will be less of an issue, you can adjust your start/stop time to suit. Even so I can see it being helpful to isolate just the part of the track your working on. Give a little time of silence to make a transcribing note or get set again, even if you have a small sample on a loop.
