Add whitelist SPIP support

  • Individuals rules are generated from utils/generate_whitelist.py
  • Globals whitelists data are generated from https://git.spip.net/spip-contrib-outils/yara-spip

Could solve #89

I'm not thrilled at the idea of merging 130 files containing opaque hashes.

How would you feel about committing your script to generate the whitelists instead?
