Is it easy to implement MITM attack recording sequence and replaying it?

As the sequence of ports is fixed how difficult to implement an app which will record the packets and then repeat the sequence so that someone will knock exactly as I'm doing it? It seems it is not difficult for someone who is pretty keen to do this.
