Add tests for workers

Figure out how to perform WebWorker tests with Karma, and then add that to the test suite.

While we have WorkerFS in there, we don't have proper WW tests for all of the backends. I'll need to generalize the WorkerFS test code for this purpose (currently, it tests an in-memory FS in the WW).
