API generating not working since April 2014

Hi, according to the list of generated apidocs, it seems the system is stucked since ca. april 2014 and not generating any new documentations.

Sorry, it broke when PHP was upgraded to 5.5 and that caused a collision. Fixed by 764214908.

It's now re-generating all the old repos, which will take a while.
