[BUG] ServiceClient failure for ChatGpt. Cancellation not requested

The Bug is "bing explicit error: value: InternalError; message: ServiceClient failure for ChatGpt. Cancellation not requested" This bug Shows when I typically use the Balance Mode, It's start yesterday.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Sydney Qt appp'
2. Click on "balance mode'
3. Scroll down to 'Follow up text input'
4. After clicking the send error shows.

Expected behavior

Must follow or entered w/o errors
