[Feature Request] 2 Sliders for SDR and HDR mode

It would be great to control these seperatly with 2 sliders, since SDR tens to be vibrant already most times. Needing it mostly for HDR mode.

It should also detect when we Enable/Disable windows HDR, and periodically re-check if we are in HDR or not, to make sure. And automatically set the correct vibrance we set on the sliders for the mode we are currently in/switched to.
