How to decide the type of analytics tag to add?

I'm trying to use this plugin to generate amp pages on my blog, but I'm having an issue where I can't find something that I can use to wrap the analytics script tags in an if, so that I can use the amp specific tags, when rendering an amp page. Is there something like that?
