@pawelprazak, I haven't been able to repro this. If you do run with `--logtostderr`, e.g. `pulumi plugin ls --logtostderr -v=9` are there any errors in the logs?

@jf, keeping an eye on this issue and https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi/issues/11732 is the best place to observe progress. When we have a fleshed out design proposal, we'll post it here.

Thanks for the extra info. Could you try running with verbose logging enabled? Hopefully that will shed more light on what is trying to be done when the 403 response...
