Ability to exclude/include a link specifically

Hi Justin,

thanks for your work on this! I use also other plugins and sometimes it's not possible to include or exclude a specific menu-path related to these. Is it possible (to add) to exclude/include specific links from the role? These specific settings should be dominant over the generic settings. I hope you can help on this! Thanks in advance!
