Please add composer.json

Hi Justin,

Saw that you just updated get-the-image and so we decided we'd like to start using if your our projects, but found that you don't supply a composer.json file. Since we use Composer for our projects we can use it but we have to use a fork, not your original version. That is unless and until you add a composer.json file.

It's all ready to go, just accept the pull request, please? :-)
