mju --build command line options generates an html file that does not match mjml

I think this possibly has to do with the `mjml` package version being a bit out of date. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Run `mju --build` targeting the below `test.mjml` file....

It appears that if input folder contains any deeper directories, build fails. (Many workarounds, but FYI, and thanks for this package!)
