Copy over jams annotations

A useful feature would be for Scaper to be able to trim and copy over other annotations from the source files on demand.

Scaper already has a trim() function, but it sounds like this isn't enough for your use case @beasteers ? What's the actual problem? What does source files refer to in this context?
