TypeError: Failed to load plugin: mtg-melodia:melodia

Hello I'm using Colab for using vamp.

I had followed your python tutorial, then this ERROR showed. I've seen github issue section , but I think this is problem of install or path setting. I'm wondering what's the problem of mine case. Because Colab which I using now is impossible to change version of python, and I can't change version of vamp by using !pip install vamp

This code is happened Error. data = vamp.collect(audio, sr, "mtg-melodia:melodia")

And this Error happened.
