Map doesn't change after !rtv vote
Describe the bug When doing !rtv and voting on a map, the map doesn't change on the server. You're also able to revote by doing !rtv again after the first vote had already gone through.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Type !rtv
- Vote on a map
Expected behavior The map should change after !rtv goes through and the next map has been decided.

This issue still persists in 1.3, here's my map list:

I haven't changed anything in the config.
My only guess with this is its something weird on windows, since #24 is also having similar problems and they also use windows. I use linux for all my servers and testing. Could you check console after a vote happens and see if some sort of error occurs in console?
I'm not getting any errors in console. I also tried only using the maps showing up in console when doing ds_workshop_listmaps, but that didn't change anything. Here's a screenshot of the console when doing !rtv after an rtv vote has already gone through.
Are you using a workshop collection? And if so does the ds_workshop_listmaps command exist on windows?
