[Feature Request] Support for NodeEnv

Coding in anything but powershell isn't really my forte, sorry.

Feature Request

Would you mind adding support for nodeenv? It's essentialy python-virtualenv (works "essentially" the same way) but for nodejs. It would be a very interesting addition.
