error compiling ninjamsrv for Windows

Sorry, but I'm trying to compile the ninjamsrv Makefile for Windows but it generates the error of the attached image. I confirm that I have downloaded all the repository. Do you have an idea how to solve it? With MacOS Catalina everything is OK. Thanks.
